awareness and understanding of the hospitality industry. You will
develop the skills and knowledge required for commercial cookery,
catering, computing and business management.
The course prepares students for a wide variety of courses at TAFE in
the Hospitality Travel and Tourism sectors. Whilst the major focus of
this course is catering, the course also covers hospitality management
and tourism. Students who select this course are required to complete
the following subjects. In addition to these subjects students will be
given the opportunity to complete some national training modules.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICE
This course allows students to complete Certificate II Environmental

allows students to maximise their entrance points for TAFE courses.
Students need to ensure that remaining subject choices provide enough
"breadth" to enhance their general education.
Jobs and training courses in the Information Technology area are
undergoing significant growth and students completing the above courses
are well placed to meet the demand. |
