CITY OF ROCKINGHAM

Warnbro Community High School has enjoys a unique partnership arrangement with the City of Rockingham.

Local government was involved in the initial planning stages of the school to explore all opportunities to develop joint use facilities with the school and the local community.

During the initial stage of construction the school and community benefited from this arrangement through the construction of a joint use library and gymnasium.

This consultation process is still active and has resulted in both groups contributing to the expansion of joint use recreation facilities through the construction of a joint use aquatic centre.

Through the combination of funding from local government and the Department of Education the school and community have access to a modern joint use facilities.

The school and City of Rockingham are committed to explore all possibilities of further joint use arrangements.
